Adopt A Forest Limited is a sustainable forestry investment company. We assist our clients establish and manage forest assets to generate wealth and participate in the fight against climate change. The company was established upon research and publications of low survival rate of planted but neglected trees. Our goal is to "ADOPT" these trees by practicing forestry best practices in partnership with the experts (KEFRI, KARLO, World Agroforestry among others). A Forest (Any Land at least 1 acre with trees that can grow 5 meters and above) is a profitable long-term investment ranked among the best in terms of return on investment. We want to attract funding towards the lowly funded tree planting and management initiatives. The investment package starts at Ksh 240,000 (400 trees) for individuals and Ksh 3,000,000 (5000 trees) for corporates. Our investors get a 20% interest on investment annually; 7% paid annually and remaining 13% paid lump sum at the 10 years mark, since signing of the contract.
